Research methods:
METHOD: Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Energy-disperssive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS).
EQUIPMENT: PHILIPS EM300, PHILIPS CM30, JEOL JEM100B, JEOL JEM100C, JEOL JEM1200EX, JEOL JEM3010, ISIS OXFORD, VANTAGE THERMO-NORAN.
METHOD: Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM), Energy-disperssive X-ray Spectroscopy.
EQUIPMENT: HITACHI S-3500N, THERMO-NORAN VANTAGE.
